Our Process
15-minute- connect one-on-one to explore your goals, discuss whether one of the programs feels right for you, and see if a health coach is the support you’re looking for, no pressure, just clarity.
If you decide to move forward, you’ll receive an email invitation to download the secure, HIPAA-compliant Healthie app. Inside the app, you’ll book your first session, choose your 6-week program payment plan or pay individual sessions, and complete all required paperwork safely online.
Start working together with ongoing support and accountability. Through the Healthie app, you’ll track progress, hydration, and habits, link your fitness tracker, message your coach, and build sustainable routines.
