Bariatric Health

Health coaching provides personalized, non-clinical support for individuals considering bariatric surgery and those navigating post-operative life. Before surgery, a health coach helps clients clarify goals, build sustainable habits, and prepare mentally and emotionally for the lifestyle changes ahead. After surgery, coaching supports long-term wellness by addressing behavior change, mindset, accountability, and real-life challenges such as stress, routines, nutrition habits, and self-care.

  • Step 1. Discovery Call

    15-minute- connect one-on-one to explore your goals, discuss whether surgery feels right for you, and see if health coaching is the support you’re looking for, no pressure, just clarity.

  • Step 2. Get Set Up in the Healthie App

    If you decide to move forward, you’ll receive an email invitation to download the secure, HIPAA-compliant Healthie app. Inside the app, you’ll book your first session, choose your 6-week program payment plan or pay individual sessions, and complete all required paperwork safely online.

  • Step 3. Begin Your Guided Wellness Journey

    Start working together with ongoing support and accountability. Through the Healthie app, you’ll track progress, hydration, and habits, link your fitness tracker, message your coach, and build sustainable routines.

  • Ayurveda

    Understanding Your Unique Constitution (Dosha)- Learn about your mind-body type and how it influences your health, habits, and energy levels.Discover areas in your daily routine that may be causing stress, fatigue, or digestive issues.
