At JenRose Wellness, we believe that well-being is deeply connected to justice, belonging, and compassion. I recognize that my background and experiences have shaped how I move through the world and my work in wellness.     As a wellness practitioner, I teach and coach within the traditions of yoga and Ayurveda—ancient systems of wisdom and well-being that originated in India. I offer these practices with deep respect and gratitude to the teachers, cultures, and lineages that have preserved and shared them across generations.

    I acknowledge that these traditions do not come from my own cultural heritage, and I am committed to approaching them with humility, integrity, and awareness of their historical context. My goal is to share these teachings in a way that honors their roots while making them accessible and relevant for all, keeping respect, love, and inclusion at the heart of every offering.
