At JenRose Wellness, we believe that well-being is deeply connected to justice, belonging, and compassion. I bring awareness of my own experiences to create inclusive, accessible spaces where everyone regardless of race, gender identity, language, or background is valued, respected, and supported. I understand that the Ayurvedic practices are not rooted in my culture specifically, but I honor its beautiful traditions by offering my Ayurvedic coaching expertise.

In every class, session, or group, my goal is to foster environments where participants can express their truth, listen deeply, communicate with care and candor, and practice self-care with mindfulness and personal responsibility.

As a wellness practitioner, I teach and coach within the traditions of yoga and Ayurveda—ancient systems of wisdom and well-being that originated in India. I offer these practices with deep respect and gratitude to the teachers, cultures, and lineages that have preserved and shared them across generations.
I acknowledge that these traditions do not come from my own cultural heritage, and I am committed to approaching them with humility, integrity, and awareness of their historical context. My goal is to share these teachings in a way that honors their roots while making them accessible and relevant for all, keeping respect, love, and inclusion at the heart of every offering.
